This means he has had a good time :-)

When people say that they wait to learn to hit more than 3 days vague feeling black and blue.

After that change depending on your driving style, the muscles of your personal and physical makeup.

Your time is worth the expense of stretching before and after shipment to ensure that not too hard and hurt.

Even if you go to pains in the calves and feet can sometimes be removed by "heel" that are caused when the heel lift in the boot. Thus, the foot is to "stop" in the trunk trying to cause convulsions. When this happens, you should carefully consider the boots and the heel cup prevents choose heellift. Malmuts Solomon belt Shin, whose feet have nothing.

Keep shredding!

Yeah, that's normal:) Especially if they have not done in a moment. You can use the muscles that you seldom use. In addition, 6 / 7 hours is a little on the day. Not too long, but enough to cause pain.

If you start well, you will feel less pain every time you go. If you drive for long periods without snow boarding, or if you decide to go a really great day, and himself. You can even try to stretch a little every day before departure. I personally do not like it, but I hear it is good for you! :) Lol.
