What Does Build Up Look Like My Forearms And Wrists Look Thin And Weak Compared To The Rest Of Me. What Can I Do To Build Them Up?

My forearms and wrists look thin and weak compared to the rest of me. What can I do to build them up? - what does build up look like

So .. Does anyone recommend exercises that I can do to help is, some muscles on them?

I have access to most of the exercise / weight machines and free weights equipment and full bars in my gym. I am a strength training program, but I wanted something in the wrists and forearms type for built one to add a little more.

IM continues to grow as well, so hopefully I can do something that is more favorable.

Thanks

I studied a martial art, Wing Chun is called a twist of the wrist exercise Hoon Sau - it starts with the right hand, pointing with his toe and wrist, elbow and forearm during straight line, then hold the palm of the left palm on the chest , keep your fingers together - the change should be about 90 degrees with the arm of the company - then the circle from hand to the full range of motion of the wrist, so you can turn your hand to the starting position and again. Without a doubt the driving force behind the wrist. Do loop for mini forearm with 5-10 pounds - Curl the weight with your wrist but not at the elbow.
